She recently whipped up a three-tiered chocolate and vanilla cake for us that defined elegance with its lavendar rolled fondant icing and a cascade of fresh flowers. Tucked between the layers, Cyn's secret weapon: white chocolate mousse and fresh raspberries soaked in Chambord, which made the cake so moist and scrumptious our guests devoured it. © 2006
